1, the vehicle should work within the rated load range. If the overload is severe, the bearing will be overloaded directly, which will cause early failure of the bearing, and more serious will cause vehicle failure and personal safety accidents;

2, prohibiting the bearing from being subjected to abnormal impact loads;

3. Regularly check the use status of the bearing, pay attention to observe whether there is abnormal sound and partial sharp temperature rise in the bearing part;

4, regularly or quantitatively add lubricating oil or grease as required;

5, according to the use of the vehicle, at least once every six months to completely replace the lubricant, and carefully check the bearing;

6. Inspection under bearing maintenance condition: Clean the bearing under detachment with kerosene or gasoline, carefully observe whether the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of the bearing have sliding or creeping phenomenon, and whether the inner and outer raceway surfaces of the bearing are peeling or pitting. Whether the rolling elements and the cage are worn and deformed, etc., according to the comprehensive condition of the bearing inspection, whether the bearing can continue to be used.
