Belt tensioner replacement method
The tensioner is a belt tensioning device used in the car transmission system. It is mainly used to adjust the tightness of the timing belt. It is usually replaced with the timing belt to avoid other faults. How should the belt and tensioner be replaced?

First remove the cooling chamber pot fixing nut from the shock absorber seat, then remove the cooling chamber pot from the cooling chamber pot holder and set it aside.

Use the middle ratchet to insert the tensioner in the square hole of the tensioner and remove the belt. Before installing a new belt, it is necessary to check whether the pulleys are normal, mainly whether the rubber connection between the inner ring of the crank pulley and the middle has been disengaged. If it is disengaged, replace the crank pulley.

Make sure that the belt fully enters the groove of the pulley, and the belt drive route is correct. Use the middle ratchet to insert the tensioning wheel counterclockwise into the nearest square hole, install the transmission belt, and then install the antifreeze recovery tank. Fasten the antifreeze recovery kettle nut to 3.3mm. When installing, pay attention to the lower part of the recycling pot to be inserted into the holder. The end of the hose that recycles the pot to the tank must be flush with the neck of the tank filling port. Do not smash the hose with the generator belt.
